§ Mr. HurdThe safeguards agreement, together with an accompanying agreed minute and exchange of notes, was signed by the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Peacock, and my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, today. Copies of these documents are being placed in the Library of the House.
