Member for Kingston upon Hull, Central on 29 June, what information is available about the number and value of exceptional needs payments paid to pregnant women on supplementary benefit for expenses relating to their maternity; if there is any more recent information that that contained in table 12 to the background paper No. 9 prepared for the supplementary benefit review team; and how representative that information is.
