§ Mr. Newensasked the Lord Privy Seal if he intends to review the provision of aid to Indonesia in the light of the record of the Indonesian Government in East Timor where a significant percentage of the population has been killed as the result of the Indonesian invasion.
§ Mr. BlakerIndonesia is still one of the poorest developing countries and we have a continuing programme there. Human rights will be among the many factors taken into account in considering our future aid programmes.
