§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether an Englishman who has become a Muslim and then contracts polygamous marriages overseas within the laws of an overseas country is permitted to bring all the wives so married into the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. RaisonNot unless he has established domicile in the overseas country concerned or in some other country permitting polygamous marriages and the wives so married are free to contract a polygamous marriage there under the law of their country of domicile.
