§ Mr. Bendallasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will undertake that in any future reviews of taxi fares in the London area he will not do away with the tariff surcharge payable on journeys beyond six miles.
§ Mr. WhitelawI have no plans to do away with a tariff surcharge on such journeys.
