§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Lord Privy Seal what representation he has made to the Spanish Government concerning the the continued restrictions upon Gibraltar which deny to the people of Gibraltar fundamental human rights.
§ Sir Ian GilmourNo formal representations has been made as yet. The Spanish Government are, of course, well aware that the British Government seek the removal of all restrictions imposed on Gibraltar.
