§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects to announce garage owners' participation in a voluntary national tyre gauge testing scheme following the establishment in May 1977 of a departmental working party.
§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimI understand that the voluntary tyre pressure gauge scheme was launched on 21 May 1979 with due publicity and that garage owners are participating in the scheme. I have arranged for details of the scheme to be deposited in the Library of the House.
