§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many times (a) since 1944 and (b) since 1964 orders have been made in Wales against local education authorities under section 99 of the Education Act 1944, based on a failure by the local education authority to have regard to the duties imposed upon it by section 76 of that Act.
