§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI regret that this information is available only up to 1976. In 1976 there were 6,323 17-year-old motor cycle riders—excluding mopeds—involved in injury accidents, including some who were not themselves injured. This represented 13 per cent. of all such motor cycle riders that year.
