§ Mr. HeseltineThe report has been received and is under consideration. I have arranged for it to be printed and made available at the same time as the announcement which my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and I will make of our decision on the inspector's recommendations. I hope that this will be as soon as possible.
