§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he will report on the progress made at the recent meeting of the Ministers of Great Britain, France and West Germany to discuss implementation of the previous agreement in principle to proceed with the development of a new West European fighter aircraft.
§ Mr. PymThe meeting with my French and German colleagues, planned for earlier this month, was postponed; but I am in touch with them about the action now needed to make progress in collaborating on a future tactical combat aircraft.
