§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimAs part of our wider review of competition policy we shall review the proposals in the consultative document " A Review of Restrictive Trade Practices Policy "—Cmnd. 7512—and any comments received on it. We intend shortly to introduce a competition Bill which will include new provisions for the investigation and control of anti-competitive practices.
