§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to respond to the representations of the West Midlands fire brigades union 7W regarding the manning review undertaken by the West Midlands county council in conjunction with his Department.
§ Mr. WhitelawI shall take into account the representations which I have received before reaching a decision on the West Midlands county council's proposals for varying the establishment scheme of its brigade, which I hope to do shortly.
