Mr. Philip Holland

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will list in the Official Report the qualifications including previous appointments in the selection of Ministers held by each member of the Scottish Development Agency.

Mr. Younger

The present members of the Scottish Development Agency were appointed by my predecessor in office, who no doubt took into account the requirement in section 1(4) of the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list in the Official Report the full-time occupation and other Government appointments held by each member of the Scottish Development Agency.
