§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI do not propose to make a statement regarding future structural arrangements for the National Health Service until I have received the report of the Royal Commission. The timing of legislation is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Leader of the House. However, we hope to introduce legislation on private hospital practice as soon as possible after the Summer Recess.
