§ Mr. Peter WalkerI am presently reviewing United Kingdom policy on whaling taking into account all the relevant factors. The Government's policy on all aspects will be made clear in the opening speech which my hon. Friend the Minister of State will make to the annual meeting of the International Whaling Commission on 9 July and of which the House will be informed.
