§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe understand that the inspector has recently re-started work on the report. The planning inspectorate staff of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment has offered any help he requires.
My right hon. Friends will reach their decision as soon as possible after the report is received, but we cannot yet say when that will be.
