§ Mrs. ChalkerThe capacity of the Camberwell reception centre is being reduced in stages; some changes have been made in the organisation; changes in operational procedures are under discussion; radio telephone equipment has been introduced to improve internal communications; and consideration is being given to the possibility of installing closed circuit television in certain areas. In addition, my right hon. Friend has asked officials to carry out a special review of the services provided for the men accommodated there.
