§ Mr. Thomas Coxasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will list the sites on which nuclear power stations are now being constructed.
§ Mr. Norman LamontNuclear power stations are being constructed for the Central Electricity Generating Board at Dungeness B, Romney Marsh, Kent; Hartlepool, Co. Durham; and Heysham I, Lancashire. The CEGB has also been given investment approval for the construction of the second stage of the power station at Heysham where it is planned that site work will begin next year.
Power stations in Scotland are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for scotland.
