§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe New Towns Overseas Engagement Committee, now known as the New Towns Consortium, has carried out a study of the dockyard area for the Bermuda Government and is at present engaged on a planning and implementation study for the Nigerian Federal Capital Development Authority. These projects have been carried out on a profitable basis. In addition individuals have been seconded on a repayment basis to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank on short appraisal missions in the Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.
