asked the Minister of Transport how many road accidents have taken place on the A25 between Reigate and Merrow over the last four calendar years; how many are expected to take place over the next four years; and what alteration to the latter figure might be expected if the M25 were available for use now rather than in 1983 as currently forecast.

Statistics of road accidents and casualties in local areas are a matter for the local authority concerned. I suggest that my hon. Friend gets in touch with the Surrey county council which is the local highway authority.
