§ Mr. Stallardasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prosecutions have been brought and how many convictions obtained under (a) section 1(2) (Unlawfully depriving a residential occupier of any premises) and (b) section 1(3) (Acts calculated to interfere with the peace and comfort &c., of residential occupiers) of the Prevention from Eviction Act and its predecessor, by each London borough during each of the last two years for which statistics are available.
