§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now introduce legislation to amend the definition of trade dispute in the national insurance regulations, in the light of the decision by the National Insurance Commissioner concerning employees at the Isle 245W of Grain power station, so as to ensure employees involved in safety disputes are not denied unemployment benefit.
