§ Mr. Craigenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if it is the intention of the EEC Commission to issue a draft directive on soft drinks in the near future; and whether this will include proposals on artificial sweeteners.
§ Mr. BishopSoft drinks are included in the EEC Commission's food harmonisation programme, but I have no information at present as to when proposals will be issued or what they will contain.
