§ 22. Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether the services of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service have been used in order to improve industrial relations in the port of Southampton.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerACAS has been approached for advice by a number of employers in the port of Southampton. It has not been invited to intervene in recent disputes in the port but its conciliation services are available whenever required.
