§ The Solicitor-GeneralMy noble Friend, the Lord Chancellor, along with other Ministers, has received a request for funds from the International Year of the Child for a children's legal centre project. He has made no grant for this purpose. I understand, however, that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services is considering the application.
