§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish the preliminary safety report on the Torness nuclear power station.
§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzie:I am advised by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the Torness preliminary safety report cannot be made available for publication because it contains commercially sensitive material which is the property of the design organisations concerned, and information which cannot be disclosed for security reasons.
