§ Mr. Joel Barnett,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 18th January 1979],gave the following information
Statistics of the public sector debt at 31st March 1978, including the amount of the debt held outside the public sector, will be published inFinancial Statisticsfor February 1979 as a supplementary table. Forecasts of outstanding public sector debt are not published.
