§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list for the top 25 economies, including, where relevant, economies in the Communist bloc, the gross national product per capital at factor cost and expressed in terms of United States dollars, for 1951, 1964, 1970, 1973, 1976 and 1977.
