§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, after considering the Equal Opportunities Commission's report on day care for young children, published in September 1978, he intends to implement those recommendations which relate to his Department.
§ Mr. Moyle:My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science and I are considering this report. Representatives of the Commission are to discuss the report with the consultative group on under fives—which comprises officials from those Departments with responsibilities for young children—later this month.
