§ Mr. MulleyTogether with our NATO allies the Government have under constant review the arrangements for reinforcing the northern flank in time of tension. For example, the United Kingdom has recently agreed with the Norwegian Government to stockpile Royal Marine oversnow vehicles in north Norway. The regular exercises conducted in northern Norway by British and allied forces are designed to test and improve our capability.
