asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what is his estimate of the effect which the new barrelage price of $16 will have on the revenues to the Exchequer during the fiscal year 1979–80 from North Sea oil in the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea of the median line 55; 50' ;

(2) what is his estimate of the revenues to the Exchequer during the fiscal year 1979–80 from North Sea oil in the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea north of the median line 55; 50'.
