§ Mr. OrmeThe average time between the making of an appeal to the National Insurance Commissioners and its determination is about 18 months. With a view to achieving an appreciable reduction in the time taken, two additional full-time commissioners have been 711W appointed as from 11th January and consideration is being given to the appointment of one or more part-time commissioners.
