§ Mr. HoramIt is too early to state a precise timetable. A line (variation) order and a side roads order were published in draft last month and the associated draft compulsory purchase order will follow in the early spring. Progress depends on public reaction to these orders. I hope that it will be possible to start work in 1980; construction will take about two years.
