§ Mr. David Huntasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now respond to the request from the metropolitan borough of Wirral that he should set up a ministerial inquiry under section 98(1) (a) of the Children's Act 1975 into the circumstances surrounding the death of Paul Brown.
