§ Mr. JohnI understand that six EEC countries have made arrangements for their nationals resident in other Community countries to participate in the election of their representatives to the European Assembly. Under the European Assembly Elections Act 1978, only those British subjects who are on a current electoral register and who are otherwise qualified may vote.
