§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Minister of Overseas Development if she will publish in the Official Report a table showing the 20 countries which are the largest recipients of British bilateral aid, the disbursements in the latest financial year together with populations, the numbers of London and locally appointed staff in his Department in each country and the ratios of staff both to populations and to disbursements.
