§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe discussion paper is being published today. I hope that this will provide a basis for further debate on the need for control over the private security industry. Views are being invited by the end of July from interested organisations and others concerned. I shall be pleased to receive any comments that hon. Members may have on the issues discussed in this publication.
