§ Mr. John GrantI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that, in January 1979, the latest date for which figures are available, there were 65,702 people who were unemployed and registered as disabled, and 74,043 disabled people unemployed who were not registered. In February 1974 there were 65,469 registered disabled people unemployed. At that time statistics were not kept of unemployed unregistered disabled people.
