§ Mr. John FraserThe Hearing Aid Council has requested a change in clause 10 of its code of practice and, having considered the views of interested parties, I have decided to approve the change. The effect of the change is that, as from 1 January 1981, dispensers will no longer be allowed to make home visits to potential customers if the visit has not been specifically requested.
