§ Mr. Muddasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied with the present provision of refuse collection services in the Penwith, Kerrier and Carrick districts of Cornwall.
§ Mr. ShoreI am informed that refuse collection operatives in Penwith and Carrick are working to rule and that some in the Kerrier district have been on strike for three weeks. As a result the collection of refuse has been subject to delay in some areas and suspended altogether in others.
