§ Mr. LuardWe shall work towards the goal set by Dr. Waldheim that 0.1 per cent. of world military expenditure be devoted to disarmament efforts, including information work, education and research. My right hon. Friend is in touch with universities about encouraging more research, and a disarmament newsletter will shortly be started by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in addition to the increasing amount of disarmament information which we have recently been distributing.
