asked Her Majesty's Government:
When they will publish the amendment to Article 15(5)(a) of the Transit of Animals (Road and Rail) Order 1975.

§ Lord STRABOLGI
The processes of consultation with interested parties which normally precede a proposal to amend an order of this kind are well advanced and it is expected that a recommendation for amendment to Article 15(5)(a) of the 1975 Order will soon be made to Ministers.
