§ Mr. StrangAs my right hon. Friend the Minister made clear on 14 December last, the Government will be announcing, as soon as possible, the detailed arrangements for making available, from 1 April 1979, grant aid towards expenditure incurred by producer retailers in installing on-farm pasteurisation equipment and necessary ancillary work.—[Vol. 960, c.261–2.] The Government in due course will consider, with the interests involved, the arrangements necessary for prohibiting the sale of untreated milk from 1 August 1983, including the question of the areas to be exempted from the ban.
