§ Mr. Maurice Macmillanasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list in the Official Report those member States of the European Community in which (a) there are local or central Government taxes equivalent to the United Kingdom's local rates, or (b) such local or central Government taxes that are allowable as deductions against income for the purposes of income tax.
