For what criminal offences prosecutions

  1. (a) can only be brought by, or
  2. (b) require the consent of—
    1. (i) the Attorney General;
    2. (ii) the Director of Public Prosecutions; or
    3. (iii) either the Attorney General or the Director of Public Prosecutions.
