§ Mr. MoyleThe Department has set up a workshop equipped with microcomputers to provide a central facility for demonstration and training purposes. Already six of the 14 NHS regions have set up their own microcomputer workshops or are planning to do so, and 50 microcomputers have been purchased or ordered by NHS authorities. Most of these will be used for work of direct assistance to the medical profession and it will be for NHS authorities to decide, in the light of local demand, what more needs to be done.
