§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, as a remedy for the failure of the Housing Executive to implement building regulations by not insulating water pipes in addition to attic floors, he will now make available a redecoration grant for tenants whose homes have had to be repaired, because of damage by flooding.
