§ Mr. MoyleThe perinatal and neonatal mortality rates in the Cheshire area health authority are slightly above the national average but are falling steadily. In the present difficult circumstances in the National Health Service, I do not feel justified in asking the regional health authority for a special report, but I shall shortly be considering this and other aspects of its regional strategic plan.
