Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list in the Official Report the number of customers cut off by the Northern Ireland Electricity Service in each of the last 12 months and show how many were cut off in each council area in Northern Ireland, indicating in each case how many were industrial and domestic supplies.
